If we cancel a tour due to severe weather or natural disasters, you'll receive a full refund or can reschedule without any charges.
Medical emergencies with valid documentation may qualify for special consideration. Contact us immediately with supporting documents.
In case of events beyond our control (strikes, political unrest, pandemic), we'll work with you to find the best solution.
Group bookings (10+ people) may have different cancellation terms. Please refer to your group booking agreement.
