By accessing and booking tours through BijoyTrip, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. BijoyTrip is Bangladesh's premier tour operator, specializing in showcasing the country's most beautiful destinations including Cox's Bazar, Sundarbans, Sylhet tea gardens, and historic Dhaka.

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. We require a minimum 30% advance payment to confirm your reservation. Full payment must be completed 7 days before the tour departure date.

We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and major credit cards. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT and applicable taxes. Payment receipts will be provided for all transactions.

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 90% refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Force majeure events may be subject to different terms.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. BijoyTrip is not responsible for medical emergencies, accidents, or personal losses during tours. Travel insurance should cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

Travelers must carry valid identification documents. All passengers must follow the tour guide's instructions for safety. Respect local customs, culture, and environment. Any damage to property or vehicles will be charged to the responsible party. Maintain punctuality for scheduled departures.

BijoyTrip reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or operational requirements. Participants will be notified in advance.

BijoyTrip commits to providing professional tour guides, comfortable transportation, and quality accommodations as per the package description. We ensure all safety standards are met. In case of any service issues, we will work promptly to resolve them or provide suitable alternatives.

BijoyTrip acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for delays, accidents, or losses caused by third parties, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the tour package cost paid by the customer.

Certain tours may have age or health restrictions. Travelers must inform BijoyTrip of any medical conditions before booking.

We value customer feedback. Any complaints or issues should be reported to BijoyTrip within 7 days of the tour. We will address concerns promptly.
